[PATCH] for Bug 162913

Hello,

these are my first patches for KDE and I haven't programmed
in C++ for a couple of years, so please be gentle when
reviewing the patches.

The patches fix the problems described in

http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=162913

and

http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=165085

With the notes applet's context menu being displayed
rotated and behind other applets.

I had to touch the Plasma::TextEdit class as well
as the notes applet but believe that other users are
not affected by the changes.

The first patch applies directly to the notes applet
and the second one to the widgets/textedit class in
kdebase/workspace/libs/plasma
