a11y: panel size widgets are undistinguishable

Bug since it is too much for handicapped people to say which triangle is which.

Imagines horizontal panel, left adjusted, and such icons

if you can tell the meaning of those "icons" it means it is a good suggestion :-)

Btw. position icon could be an anchor also (hard to draw in ASCII).
