no, that containment just doesn't draw any wallpaper. it still has a toolbox, 
and it's fairly out of date...
I was working on a *really* blank containment, but got distracted. I think all 
that needs to be done is to remove all the default tools from the toolbox and 
make sure that the toolbox does indeed hide itself when it has no visible 
items (or... actually, if things have changed the way I remember, just hiding 
when it has no items at all may be good enough)
