There is no power off/on widget in the widget list displayed by "Add Widgets".

The icon files exist for all icon sizes, and look correct when I display them. So evidently the correct icons are not being picked up in the panel.

I can't work out how to alter the height of the panel to check whether the widgets change appearance.
