This a really annoying issue for me. The thing is that current task manager notification does not get my attention. I'm using aMSN and when someone sends me a message the task of the conversation window is supposed to get my attention, but with current Oxygen plasma theme it does not. Previously, with the old theme, this notification was clearly noticeable: if I'm not mistaken the task item used to turn red in that situation. Currently, this task item has the same appearance as the task from the active window.
This is clearly a daily annoying issue for many of us, so I hope it gets fixed before the final 4.1 release :)
