[PATCH] applet handle side selection

Hi, Aaron,

Being just one of the visually curious, I'd just like to add something:

- Possibly, by the same way that (as you mentioned in some other thread)
putting this handle on top of the plasmoids would bring confusion, I'm not
sure if people would easily figure out the handle's empty space will let
them move the applet (as, different from the already known window
decoration, it's another widget to deal and learn with). I agree with you
when you mentioned (in the same thread) to make it look grippy to get it
more intuitive and so that's what I'm (reminding or) suggesting. And, about
the grippy look, I guess dots like we have on top border of panel's
configuration widget (unless it's changed it since 4.1 beta 2) would do it
(and keep grips visually consistent).

- Also, I don't think it'd happen more than once a while for some users but,
anyway, trying to reduce this to zero (or the closest to that), I'd also
like to point a small issue when you have 2 plasmoids close to each other.
(I'm at work and I don't have KDE4 or even an image editor here but I'll
borrow an image that Loïc Marteau shown on the same mentioned thread, in
http://reviewboard.vidsolbach.de/r/70/s/16/ , and describe the rest - well,
there he's dealing with a transparent handle problem and I think we'd still
have the same or alike issue the way it is now so) I suggest the 2 corners
of the side closer to the applet could be not rounded (staying rect angles),
in a kind of way of showing which plasmoid this handle is about (that is,
showing they're not options of the left one hovering its inner right side
but that's the right plasmoid's handle).

Just the only 2 cents I could contribute with this now ... ;-)
