[Plasma] looks and usability of applet handle frame

Well its realy not my area, but it's were I would look for such a thing.
just my gut feeling it belongs there..

yes but in some cases it wont be easy like the analog clock... 
I wasent saying every ware ofcourse but some plasmoids with special form 
factors might apreciate such feature.
