Right clicking on icons in the Folder View widget lists multiple non-functional hot-key actions, specifically Ctl-X, Ctl-C, F2 and Del.  These actions should be enabled or else removed from the menu altogether.  Leaving them non-functional as is, not only confuses users, but gives KDE4 a somewhat awkward and undetailed appearance.
