Review Request: drop shadow to Plasma::Icon

well, rb doesn't autogenerate them, i'll point to that by hand eheh :)

uses the new shadow api to make a drop shadow to plasma::icon and since is 
less necessary the background is more transparent (but still visible) and 
becames more opaque on mouse over with an animation

it doesn't use shadowtext because plasm::icon uses a qtextlayout (adding it to 
api? maybe is a particular case enough?)
