Krunner doesn't show the results properly after using the arrows to tab. You have to make more than one search to reproduce the problem.

How to:

First, make a search that shows many results. Like "game". Many games are shown. Use the arrow to tab the search (Press the forward arrow twice for "better results"). 

Close krunner.

Then, make a second search, with few results. Like "konq". 

The result of the second search is not shown. 

Maybe when you close krunner (after pressing the arrow to tab the first search) the position of the Canvas (View) is not reset to the "top".
