note that 22 was the smallest kicker supported. i did eventually let one go 
down to 16px by messing with the config file directly IIRC, but the UI enforced 
22px because 16px showed lots of odnesses in kicker's layouting =)

so 22px is not a regression over kde3, for whatever that's worth.
