My patch enables "applet drag mode" when the config ui is shown or when you select it from the context menu.

If you don't like the option shown into the context menu, I can simply remove it.

Maybe whe should give visual feedback to warn the user that the "drag mode" is on.

Ideas? (I'm not good enaught as a GUI designer :-) )
