[Panel-devel] [PATCH] tooltips + taskbar thumbnails

The first taskbar thumbnail plug-in is written by Rivo Laks. It was
originally labelled as a demo. The second one was written by Lubos
Lunak (as posted in this thread). The first one doesn't embed itself
in the thumbnail.

I'm not sure why the thumbnail isn't automatically created because as
Lubos explained the tooltip sets a hint for KWin to paint in that area
so I think it should work right away but it's my area so I really have
no clue.
