Indeed, it's quite hard to use KTimeZoneWidget. Not sure what can we
do if anything. Maybe search field + grouping would be a solution?
There are two bug reports:

Should we wait with implementation of multi time zones then?
Also, could you tell how was it solved in iPhone?
