[PATCH] Applet opacity

Hi,

this patch allows to set the opacity of applets via the applet handle. I did 
not put much work in tweaking the visualization since the applet handles are 
about to be changed anyway (aren't they?).

I rather want to know if we want that at all. I for one like it, but maybe 
that's just me...
