Hi again,

Well... more ideas... It would be really nice to have this stuff throughout
Internet, so I can leave a note to someone being at Tokio if I know his/her
identifier. Probably this is a very bad spot because of spammers, but using
for example /tmp for leaving notes is extremely locally I think (what if we
have 2 comps).
