Yes, but it might be different now.  Also, by normal size, I mean
standard border size.  Right now, the border width is resized which I
dont think is right.

Yes, but when you use the resize on the hover buttons, the background
is scaled in the way it was not intended to.  See above

Not sure, that is what i thought of when hover buttons were mentioned,
like the frame applet.  Also, should hover buttons take up that much
space outside the applet?
