hi all..

made a pretty big change ... well, actually, made a small change that dominoed 
lots of others. the slot that is called by DataEngine on new data 
availability is no longer "updated" but "dataUpdated" to distinguish it from 
similarly named methods and for greater clarity.

annoying to do at this point, but even worse with every passing day.

i've changed every applet i'm aware off, including in amarok. you will need to 
rebuild things otherwise you'll get QObject::connect warnings and defunct 
applets.

apologies, but this disambiguation will save pain in the future.
