[Panel-devel] Menus appearing as if they were drawn

Hi, 

I just watched the Plasma Phase screencast, and I thought "Why not make the 
menus appear as if they were drawn by an artist?". 

Due to the fact, that I can't do that myself, I created a mockup, how I 
imagine that idea, and I thought you might be interested.
