My commit was just about having a nicer wallpaper, a real one, instead of the 
usual krunner dialog. I'm sure we won't ship that as is right now, because an 
user should be able to use also other wallpapers, not the one included in the 
style. And, we can very easily remove that when we'll have a real bacgkround 
manager, after all, it's 1 line of code.
I don't know if a theme should ship a default wallpaper with it, but that's a 
discussion that should happen on this list.

By the way, I updated the wiki page for the iconbutton.svg image, now it 
includes also the elements for the little dots.
