Depends on how you look at it. I'm thinking that there might be some applet in
the future that would let you browse the archives. Setting a global 'when'
would be something that affects the global timeline on the next update,
possibly wrecking havoc when it tries to parse the known history of Twitter.
I realize that Twitter's devs aren't braindead but the timeline would still
be repopulated with all those stale updates. All of this is from an
asynchronous perspective, because I use QHttp to do things.
