[Panel-devel] Applets in JS

For those who don't track the commit messages, we now have a minimal
ability to write applets in JS using QtScript. The code is in
playground/plasma/applets/script and a screenshot of the applet is at
http://xmelegance.org/devel/script-applet.png . The tiger is an svg
loaded and painted by js, and the config dialog is a ui file loaded by
js.
