and this too is done now.

i'm sure the package stuff is rife with bugs but until we have packages 
kicking around to have fun with ...... so now to see what rich & co come up 
with for bindings and we can start playing with plasmoids for real! rich said 
he was going to have a go at this over the weekend building on his existing 
work... so we have may have a draft api together for monday even =))

it might be a nice time for someone to give some love to the packager app that 
ruphy started way back and which now sits in 
trunk/playground/libs/libplasmagik/plasmagik .. it would be ++cool to ship a 
basic package creator with plasma in 4.0 ... anyone interested?
