[Panel-devel] getting ready for scripting

hi all...

so today i hooked up Package with Applet so it is now possible to pass a 
plugin that is scripted to Applet by name and it'll figure out what to do 
about it.

this also lets one get the main script file, images, etc out via const 
Package* Applet::package().. e.g. package()->file("mainscript"); =)

one last bit to do is to register packages with syscoca when they are 
installed.
