i've moved some of the content around, so that the tasks are first and the 
meeting summary is next. we can adjust the tasks as they are taken care of, 
and add new meeting summaries as they occur (eventually moving them to their 
own pages, i'd imagine)

everyone: please look at the list of tasks. if you wish to get your hands 
dirty with some code but aren't sure where to start with one of those items, 
please just ask on this list or on #plasma on irc and i'll get you started.
