Do you have an SVN account?  If so, you can just commit it to 
playground.

If not, you can
(a) get one by following the instructions at 
http://techbase.kde.org/Contribute/Get_a_SVN_Account
and/or
(b) send it to me, and I'll drop it in playground for you.
