Like Alexis "darktears" I live in Toulouse France and would like to join (if 
family agenda permits) for 2 reasons:
- the Frame widget and my little hacking in Plasma while not being a real 
plasma contributor
- possible Edu widgets for 4.1: be a bridge between Plasma and Edu

If not, Alexis will be my master :)
