[Panel-devel] Forcing libraries to a prefix

Hi all,

I wonder why on some parts of KDE we have been forcing a library
(because it contains certain things, as a KCModule, plasmoid, ...) is
forced to have a prefix (in this case plasma_applet_).

From my point of view this is really bad. The most important reason
is: You won't be able to ship two different things on a same library
(for example a plasmoid and a KCModule). Who knows if some day it is
needed. It has been on Kate, and I did a really big work for removing
the MUST of kcm_ prefix for KCModules.
