yes, but not to the point where it should matter for the numbers we're talking

this is now the second time this has been raised. what applet listing are you 
refering to and what is the problem you are concerned about?

it's widget specific. it doesn't make any sense for pushbuttons (for 
instance), but it does for icons. it'll need to be per-widget. and in this 
case it should be in Icon.
