[Panel-devel] kicker does not unload the X-KDE-Library(my app) even after removing this applet from the panel !

both. the behaviour is expected, but it's annoying that the library doesn't 
actually get unloaded from memory. i'm really not in a place to invest time 
into it for kde3.
