Well, even without a clear visual about it, I think this is easy to learn for 
a user if he already knows how to deal with drag'n'drop. I might be wrong of 
course

Yes, that's how it works with E17.

On E17, it's more or less in a kind of "settings menu" triggered by something 
equivalent to the current K-Menu, and in the context menu of every applets.
