If anyone has used the google talk client, it uses a similar methodology for 
its windows. When you bring one window on the bottom or top of another, they 
"link" together, such that when you resize the newly joined window, both 
resize, and when you move them (using the top bar) they both move. They are 
disconnected by moving the bottom bar away from the top window.
