SuSE extended the KDE Control Center to include the YaST modules. We 
could flip this round so that there is a YaST category and modules for 
the KDE Control Center.

At the moment the left-hand side list of YaST categories has things like 
  "Software", "Network Devices", "System" (and the dreaded "Misc" :)

A tweaked YaST would have as the first category "<user>'s personal 
settings", which contains YaST modules for (inter alia) KDE control center.

This would mean that a user who thinks "change settings, that'll be 
YaST" will be guided into the appropriate module.
