[Panel-devel] wrapping up for 3.5

Hello,

I've just subscribed to the list :).

I want to start by asking how can I help with the 3.5 and KDE4 effort? I'm 
somewhat a new KDE developer but I can try my best :). 

And secondly, is it possible to speed up the development and join the KDE4 
development earlier? If so how :).

BTW this list isn't anounced at http://www.kde.org/mailinglists/. Is this the 
intended situation?
