Hi,

little patch that fixes the not shown menu when starting from a session.
Also added: Loading themes from relative path and not only from absolute path 
when using command line arguments.
Perhaps it would be better to use KURL for storing paths and not a QString 
(QStringList) because the karamba-ctor uses KURL also?
