[Panel-devel] Superkaramba User Input

Hi,

I added the Python functions with comments and tested them.
I also added functions for changing the selection color and selected text 
color and a create/delete function. When a input box is created with the 
python api, the karamba widget is becomming active, to allow user 
interactions. If the last input box is deleted, the widget is becomming 
passive again.
