[Panel-devel] Patch for KickerTip

Hi all,

I've just finshed the changes in KickerTip and now it is able to update it's 
content. The behaviour without updates hasn't changed.
To make KickerTip call for updates set data.updateDelay to the desired time in 
mS. The after this time KickerTip will call updateKickerTip() again and you 
can provide new data.
The delay must be set each time and may change. In that way you can make 
KickerTip update exactly when you desire.
