this is why we must implement paging in GHNS for KDE4 (amongst other things =)

this is why we need to implement paging into GHNS. that way the script that 
generates the xml file can respond with a given subset. kstuff.org already 
uses a php script to generate the xml on the fly, so this shouldn't be too 
hard to add to that approach.

yeah, i've pretty much settled on Plasma personally after all the feedback. 
i'll announce it on kde-core-devel and my blog once i have a (draft) logo to 
work with. then we can see what happens feedback wise from there. if the 
public reaction is *puke* then we know to change it ;)
