right now, plasma is pretty well stocked with developers for what we need to 
get done between now and september. after that we will probably have need for 
many more hands. in between now and then you may want to get a kde4 install 
set up and start through the Qt tutorials and KDE documentation ...

as tasks that need doing come up, i'll post them here, and of course we're 
almost always in #plasma on irc.freenode.net
