[Panel-devel] Kicker patch

Hi,

I started reading kicker code, and I wrote my simple first patch. It makes 
addapplet dialog is shown now correctly.

I think you should read it because i also changed the look and feel a bit, and 
i don't know if you will like it ;).

I hope my following patches will be a bit more complicated :)
