[Panel-devel] Minipager KickerTip patch

I suggested to Aaron this morning that the kicker tip for the minipager should 
show a list of windows for the desktop, a la window list button.

I've done it myself, as he suggested, and thought I'd run it by you for some 
suggestions.

The patch is attached.
I'm not familiar with KWin/kicker codebase at all, so I suggest you browse  
through my code.

Some issues at the moment: growth of the list isn't unlimited, so many many 
windows would cause a huge tooltip.
