thanks a lot for your answer, but I cannot see really were the problem
should be.
The entry seems to be (hopefully I extracted the right part of the file,
as the file has nearly 40k lines, I extracted the block from

The timezone Europe/Lisbon should be ok regarding the PHP documentation.
Maybe the problem is TZNAME?
