[Owncloud] OwnCloud's admin panel became read only (all of a sudden)

Hi,

this is probably related to this bug in OC 5.0.11:

https://github.com/owncloud/core/issues/4802

which will be fixed in the upcoming OC 5.0.12.
A fix until OC 5.0.12 is available can be found here:
