[Owncloud] OwnCloud's admin panel became read only (all of a sudden)

When I log in as admin now, I cannot change user's password or display name
or create users or anything. I think somehow some permission got messed up.
Although I was only using the web interface of owncloud and nothing else.

Any tips on what can I look around?
