[Owncloud] shared link too long /mail now complete

If the links are too long, we need to fix that inside the function
where the link is generated. Putting a shortener on that in addition
doesn’t make any sense.

Please report that specific issue (best including the screenshot) on
our issue tracker at http://github.com/owncloud/core/issues
