[Owncloud] Linux client requiring ocsync_exclude.conf

Hi, running linux sync client logwindow I noticed theese logs trying to
load ocsync conf files. Is this the correct behaviour?
It could not load the files because ocsync is not installed and seems that
it is not necessary.
