[Owncloud] install problem

hi
i installed owncloud but magic quotes was still running on the server.
the admin stopped it and i tried to re-install.
but when i put the'setup-owncloud.php' back in my root directory and run 
it it tells me the page is not available.
i am at a loss...
any help appreciated!
