[Owncloud] two LDAP backends: duplicate user accounts

We do not permit all our OpenLDAP-Users to access Owncloud; so we have a 
user list filter "hihoAllowOwncloud=TRUE"

If you only have the occasional double user, disabling this manually 
should do the trick.
