[Owncloud] Building the Windows Client Issues

Hi Klaas,

Thanx for the info.
It would be very helpful if more information is provided about the tag or
sha of ocsync we need.
On the about page of the clients this information is provided for mirall,
but not for ocsync. 

Recently i myself ran into some problems which i've not solved yet. (About
the NSIS command during cross compiling. You can find it in the list).

I've noticed that the information on this page
http://doc.owncloud.org/desktop/1.4/building.html could use an update. For
example: some rpms are relocated and a dependency is missing.
Some problems mentioned in this list are basicly caused by missing
information on that page.

I'm certainly not an expert but sure am willing to help maintaining that
page if that's needed or wanted.
