[Owncloud] Not seeing Shared entries while using KDE Kontact/Kalendar

Hi,

shared calendars in ownCloud (4.5 and 5.x, no clue about 6) are shared
with an extra CalDAV link for the user which gets this calendar shared.

So i think at the moment there is no way of automatically add those
shared calendars to Kontact/Kalendar or Thunderbird because those
programs can't know about this new CalDAV link.
